Hatha is a class that focuses on static postures and longer holds. With a focus on developing mindful awareness in every pose and alignment, as well as in the breath, this is a great class for students who are looking for a well-rounded practice. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow: Energizing, Focus and Movement
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic flow practice. The class is structured to build strength and foundation while you explore a repertoire of poses and transitions. Be prepared to flow, play, and experiment with your practice and you will walk away feeling strong, refreshed and energised. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga HIIT: Stamina, Efficiency and Stability
Infuse your yoga practice with energy, stability, and balance by combining asana with high-intensity interval training. Lynn’s method combines the cardiovascular, strength-training, and energetic benefits of HIIT with the flexibility and de-stressing benefits of asana. The end result: a powerful practice that adds more stability, sustainability, and dynamism. Prenatal: Nourish, Connect and Strengthen

Expect to flow through a series of standing poses, followed by restorative floor work, designed to open and strengthen the muscles, which are essential for labour and postnatal recovery. Postnatal Body & Core- Restore, Strengthen and tone.
This offering of yoga is specifically to empower mothers to find their inner and outer alignment, whether they are newly postpartum or if it's been many years since having their child. The magnificent birthing process puts tremendous stress on the female body that, in some instances, does not seem recoverable.
Postnatal yoga, however, offers a gentle way to rebuild the pelvic floor, stabilise the core, close diastasis recti, flatten the mummy- tummy and restore strength and flexibility of both body and mind. The class integrate simple hatha yoga poses with safe and intentional postnatal exercises, aimed at rehabilitating and empowering mothers to live in their vibrancy and totality. For Mums only.
